COVID-19 Policies & Precautions

Our office is open for both well child and sick visits! We are taking comprehensive measures to protect our patients and staff from COVID-19. All physicians and staff wear N95 masks at all times.

All patients, family members, and caregivers over 2 years old must wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth during your visit. We ask that only one healthy adult accompany each patient.

We are NOT accepting walk-ins. All patients must have an appointment.

Telemedicine

For your safety and convenience, some sick visits, follow-up appointments, and after hours urgent care can be conducted remotely. Please call the office at 717-652-2224 to make an appointment.

Our COVID-19 Response

To keep you safe, our COVID-19 protocols exceed Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines. These include:

  • N95 masks for all physicians and staff at all times

  • diligent disinfection of all equipment and surfaces, including UVC disinfection

  • frequent hand washing

  • hand sanitizers available for patients and staff

  • separate exam rooms for patients with respiratory symptoms

  • staggered entry direct to exam rooms, no waiting areas

Prior to your scheduled appointment, we will contact you with some questions regarding any potential exposure or symptoms. If you have additional questions, please ask us at that time.

Symptoms or Exposure?

If you have any symptoms (such as fever, coughing, shortness of breath, fatigue, nausea/vomiting) OR if you may have been been exposed to COVID-19, please call the office at 717-652-2224 to schedule a telemedicine appointment. We are here to help you with the best course of action, such as testing referrals or self-quarantine measures.

Your safety is our top priority. We may change our office procedures in response to the latest information from CDC, the Governor, and other sources.
